Fried Fish

 

   Fried fish:

4 solo fish

2 garlic;

1tps finely chopped coriander;

1tbsp vinegar;

1 tsp paprika;

Half tsp Chili (optional);

Salt to taste

Flower to coat

Oil  for deep frying;

Marinate fish for one hour

Lay the fish on top of the flour, turning it over to coat both sides ;


Lay the fish gently in the pan of hot oil, and let it fry  fish is golden brown.
