Fried Filet of Merlin



500 Kg Filet of Merlin,

1 Tbsp vinegar ,

1 Tbsp Oil,

1 Medium seize crushed Garlic,



Finely chopped parsley,

Lemon wedges,


Oil for frying,


Marinate Fish fillet in the garlic,salt,pepper,oil,vinegar, oil, for at least one hour,

Heat  oil,

Mix flour with salt and pepper,

Place the fish fillet in the flower mixture,shake off the surplus,

Fry until golden brown from 5 To 10 minutes, turn it over,

Serve it with lemon wedges and Chopped parsley.
