Sponge Cake

Sponge cake:

4 eggs,

1 cup of milk,

1 cup of oil,

1 and half cup of granules sugar,

4 cups of Flower,

2 tea spoon baking  powder,

1 lemon zest,

Preparation:

In the mixer, put the eggs and the granules sugar,mix for about 5minutes,

Add the oil,milk,zest,mix well,

Add the flower and  the baking powder little a time,mix with a wooden spoon,

Pour the batter into greased pan,bake at 180 C,for about 45 minutes.
